HB 2295 Outline for House Bill 2295 HB 2295: Relating to the continuation and functions of the Texas Residential Construction Commission; providing penalties. This bill/ idea was created in 2003 to regulate the residential construction industry and provide clear, limited warranties for all new construction homes and remodeling projects. But instead of doing so this cost the commission license builders, remodelres, new homes, and administers of the state to loose sight in this accomplishment. There have been many complaints coming form this bill such as to much money and people loosing jobs. The legislature is at fault for this because by asking Texans to pay more taxes to build brand new highways and railroads is un called for. Us Texans pay way too much on taxes already. We expect on roads and construction sights to be controlled. This bill requires builders to complete an eight hour work day. This bill also requires the commission to issue a provisional license that is valid for 30 days to qualify people who have not completed the coursework. To make a down payment on this bill would cost 30,000 dollars that not including the workers pay. The biggest penalty to think about is how our economy will react to such transmission in the financial park. Our taxes will approximately will triple what us Texans pay now. This bill will remove the star builder program from the senate, causing a deep decline in jobs, homes, resources and money on top of all the other taxes we would pay. On the other side of the fence this could be good to just get all this construction done at once.
